Ziaja Marine Algae Smoothing Eye Cream*

Hi beauties,

I have a product from a gift pack I received from Eva at LoveLittlePrices on Instagram. They are a distributor for Ziaja in the U.K. as I had got on very well with their Goats Milk Eye Cream I was really interested in trying more.

The Marine Algae Smoothing Eye Cream* is a lovely eye cream. I find it’s very light cream, not greasy and a great base for makeup. It makes my lines look much more reduced and I find it has a gentle brightening effect. This is for the 30+ age group but I don’t see why it couldn’t be used from an earlier age.

The Laminaria Digitata Extract is the Algae that’s included in the eye cream. It’s full of humectants help draw in moisture from the environment, the amino acids help plump up the skin.

Marine Algae Smoothing Eye Cream is fabulous value, at £3.56 for 15ml tube. I was very surprised at the performance of the Goats Milk and Marine Algae Eye Cream. For me they worked well, and really worth a try.

Lyonsleaf Calendula Cream

Hi beauties,

Another Lyonsleaf product today, their amazing Calendula Cream. I love Calendula and have seen great results with Lyonsleaf Calendula and Zinc (I bought them both at the same time) but my mum has now commandeered this product (“it’s my magic cream!”

However, she’s not getting her mitts on this one! This is a fabulous cream for my dry, tricky, scaly skin. It literally glides on the skin it’s so easy to apply. Lyonsleaf’s formulas are waterless and without emulsifiers so they are very concentrated. I use this cream regularly and it has lasted me many months. The beautiful healing properties of Calendula Cream has been fabulous for me.

The base is made from plant oils, sweet almond, shea butter, apricot kernel oil, Calendula flower extract, borage (starflower) oil and Vitamin E. There are essential oils of Juniper, Lavender, frankincense and Geranium so smells utterly divine, Calendula Cream has been brilliant for me. I’ve been using it on my healing tattoo, I was using a beeswax based balm but I felt that was a bit “draggy” whereas this literally melted into my skin with the TINIEST amount!

A 30ml jar is an super affordable price of £8.99, the product is very economical as it is a concentrated waterless formula. You can get this in 3ml sample size and a super size of 120ml. Suitable for adults and children over the age of 3 it’s a brilliant formula to have in the first aid kit, you can use it face, body and the eye area. Find out more at http://www.lyonsleaf.co.uk.

Tula Hydrating Day and Night Cream

Hi beauties,

Today I have Tula Hydrating Day and Night Cream that I chose from a Latest in Beauty Box a little while ago.

Tula is a skincare brand that is based on Probiotics. These are known to be very beneficial to the gut, when used in skincare they help to balance the skin, keep skin hydrated and reduce inflammation.

Hydrating Day and Night Cream is absolutely beautiful. It’s a light texture which works so well for me and has a gorgeous fresh feel. It’s not greasy and you don’t need much, this small tube lasted me a couple of months. It kept my skin feeling comfortable all day and layered well with oils and serums.

My skin really loves this moisturiser, and I’m gutted to see it’s so expensive!! It’s $52.00, QVCUK have it for £40.00 for the full size. Tula doesn’t seem that readily available in the U.K. which is a shame, because HD&N Cream is fabulous. I do have the cleanser which I’m yet to try, I will open that when I’ve used up some others.

I would recommend this, it really is lovely. If it’s in your budget I do think it is worth a try, it impressed me.

Dr Feldblum Eye Serum

Hello beauties,

Today I have a brilliant eye serum from Dr Feldblum, who created his multi Peptide serum in an Insraeli lab. Finding out that Collagen isn’t easily absorbed by the skin, he turned to peptides to reduce puffiness, dark circles and lines.

Eye Serum is extremely hydrating, you only need a tiny amount for each eye, I have found that it really is brilliant at helping reducing the look of my lines under my eyes which is a bugbear of mine. It comes in a 20ml tube, which lasts forever! If you go direct to Dr Feldblum it is £32.00 however I bought mine for £6.99 from eBay. The moisturiser is next on my list, if it’s as good as the eye serum it will be a winner!

Amie Rose and Argan Super Renewing Moisture Mask*

Hi beauties

This review has been a long time coming so I apologise to Amie for the delay.

Amie is a brand I’ve blogged about before, they have lovely products for excellent prices. Their cleanser is really great quality and under a fiver which you really can’t quibble with.

Amie very kindly sent me this Rose and Argan Super Renewing Moisture Mask. Rose and Argan is the premium part of the range, however I think the prices are very reasonable.

Onto the product itself! This is a moisture mask that plumps and rehydrates the skin, I have oily skin and it didn’t break me out which I’m always a bit wary of. It’s a gorgeous light gel texture making it easy to apply. You leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off.

The smell is beautiful, I love Rose scents. I find it calming and soothing, making this mask a pleasure to use and well as making your skin feel lovely and smooth as well as hydrated. The price is reasonable at £14.95 for 50ml, and is available in Waitrose stores as well as online from http://www.amieskincare.com.

Senspa Relaxing Body Butter

Hi beauties,

I have another product from Senspa, their Relaxing Body Butter. I picked this up on a whim when I had popped into my local Waitrose for a loaf of bread, I always have a quick browse down the health and beauty aisle. This caught my attention due to the fragrance with essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot, Patchouli and Geranium.

It’s a gorgeous thick texture without being really heavy. Very nourishing with Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil. Relaxing Body Butter melts into the skin and you are left with such a beautiful fragrance.

I’ve been using this as a Hand Cream as well as a Body Butter, you don’t need much either so even though it’s more expensive than usual supermarket lotions at £6.95 for 200ml, I personally think it’s worth it. For hands and nails a pea sized amount is plenty.

I love this and would definitely buy it again. It smells divine and helps me relax whenever I use it and it doesn’t contain any mineral oil in – yippee!! As well as Waitrose stores you can buy Senspa directly from their website http://www.senspa.co.uk.

Feather and Down Sleep Butter

Hello beauties,

I adore the Feather and Down Sleep Pillow Spray, it is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as I smelled the fragrance I rushed to Boots online to place an order for practically the whole range.

Sleep Butter is so beautiful, it’s a gorgeous texture that melts into your skin. I use it all over and it’s been great for my dry skin. This also makes a fabulous hand treatment with the body oil layered underneath. The smell is divine and really helps me relax. It has a soufflé type of feel to it, and I find it easier to use with a spatula. A little goes a long way too so you don’t need to use half a tub!

Sleep Butter doesn’t contain any mineral oils, it’s Shea Butter based with Cocoa Butter and Sweet Almond Oil and fragranced with Lavender and Chamomile. It’s also good value for money, £8.00 for 300ml. This is a definite repurchase, in fact the whole range is, Sleep I find difficult at the best of times so I’m interested in anything that helps me relax. Available from http://www.featheranddownsleep.com and http://www.boots.com.
